The location was great, it was right on the sea front. The breakfast was also amazing, it was cooked to perfection with quality ingredients. The premium produce was served hot and the coffee was top notch.

unpleasant staff watery mushrooms
My kid got told off for nothing. Staff were not nice and said he had dirty hands and to be quiet when he talked. Breakfast was a problem. I heard them complain because the order changed from English breakfasts to one scrambled eggs. Everything tasted like watery mushrooms, and that put me off.

the location was near the beach, this saved me time. the couple were so kind. i received a text they sent, it said my room was ready early, around 10am.

i was thrilled to find a fridge stocked with real milk in my room. the staff happily accommodated my takeout meals and even prepared my breakfast table for me. a bottle opener and corkscrew were conveniently provided in the room too (talk about attention to detail!).
my non-sea view room felt really small. the view of just a wall and the road. i saw some black marks on the toilet seat, and there was no shower gel.

The breakfast had a good variety. It included cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. I also enjoyed a hot full English breakfast.. I found a nice fridge in the room. The owners were really helpful. They assisted me with my needs.
The non-sea view room was quite small. I could only see a wall and the main road from the window. Black marks were visible on the toilet seat, a bit off-putting. There was no shower gel provided, just handwash.

perfect location amazing view superb breakfast comfortable stay
Communication before arrival was excellent. The room became ready earlier than expected. The location was perfect with amazing views. I enjoyed a sunrise from the comfort of the room. I found advice on local travel very helpful. Breakfast was superb. The staff did everything they could to.
The mattress felt a little firm. This is not a major issue, I still slept well.
